About
Licensed since 2002. Built in the Coachella Valley.
TCG Remodeling is the bathroom and kitchen remodeling side of Tefft Construction Group Inc., a licensed California general contractor based in Palm Springs.
Leadership
Christopher Tefft, President
Christopher Tefft leads Tefft Construction Group, which has been licensed in California since 2002. Tefft Construction Group is known locally for high-end residential construction, and TCG Remodeling brings that same standard to bathrooms, kitchens, casitas, and ADUs.
Our work comes largely from referrals: past clients, their neighbors, and people who’ve seen our jobs around the valley. We protect that reputation by running every remodel the same way, with a permit, a written scope, licensed subs, and an honest price.
How we work
A licensed contractor in Palm Springs, with clear rules
- Permit on every job. If the work needs a permit, we get it before work starts.
- Written scope. You see what’s included, and what isn’t, before you sign.
- Licensed subcontractors only. Every trade on your job is licensed.
- Honest pricing. We price the real job and don’t underbid to get in the door.
The full step-by-step is on Our Process page.
What we build
We focus on bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and casitas, ADUs, and in-law suites. Keeping the focus narrow means the details get the attention they deserve.
What to expect when you reach out
Send a few details and photos through the quote form and we’ll reply by email. If the project is a fit, we set up a site visit, talk through how you want the space to work, and write a scope that spells out what’s included and what isn’t. If something isn’t a fit, whether it’s budget, timeline, or permits, we say so up front.
Once you approve the scope, permitting comes first. Work starts after the permit is issued, and we manage the trades, inspections, and close-out walkthrough.
Service area
Areas we serve
We build remodels, casitas, and ADUs throughout the Coachella Valley: Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Indio, and Desert Hot Springs. If your home is nearby and you’re not sure it’s in our area, ask when you send your project details.
